My sandwich was pastrami with lettuce, tomato, bacon, tomato basil pesto, mayo, avocado, and olives all on a whole wheat bread...you gotta stay healthy and fit for the ladies, you feel me? Dudes, seriously, the BEST sandwich ever! I am not joshin' ya here folks, you gotta try it! If you go there and don't like what you order, I will personally buy your next meal from any dining place on the Cal State East Bay campus. Take my word for it and go try it out, you won't regret it! If you've never been before, you need to check out a Boomers Park near you! The closest one in the Bay Area is in Livermore and let me tell you, it is heeeeeeella fun!!! It has so many different activites and, more importantly, for peeps of all ages! I decided to go Miniature Golfing when I went... (and I am a mean golfer, I might add!)

...but there are other attractions such as Go Karts, Bumper Boats (which is great on a HOT sunny day), Laser Tag, and a HUGE Game Room with lots of different video and ticket-winning games to play! It is a great place to have a birthday party for kids or just a fun day with family, friends, or both! Totally awesome, right homies? Anyway, I now have super tall and sexy legs and I can strut my stuff like no other Charleston brother can! The ladies dig me already, but with these legs and the height I get, beware of this stud with the strut!!!

Hey there ladies and gents. Well since the weather was super bummin today, we Charleston brothers had time in our schedule to go to class at CSUEB. We figured there would be no honeys walkin around in mini skirts today so why not go learn somethin?!? Isn't it just our luck though....the teacher cancelled class :( So we decided to have a little photo shoot to show you we aren't just about partying....we think a lot too, intellectuals ya know? Anyway after this pic and a long day at school (wink wink) we bounced and went back home. Hopefully the weather clears up so we can get back to hollerin at some scantily clad ladies! A Day at the California Academy of Sciences

San Francisco, to be exact, at the California Academy of Sciences, SF's Museum and Planetarium. And let me tell you folks, this place is amaaaaaaaaazing! It has craaaazy exhibits to look at from a real live 4-story Rainforest, and the Planetarium, to a real Living Roof!!!



I mean, it was seriously craaaazy! So many things to look at and only a day to look at it all. The tickets aren't even that expensive either. I am pretty sure it cost about $25 buckaroos for an adult, like my sexy ass self! The ladies know what I am talking about! Wooooooo-weeeeeeee! I would have to say that my personal fave was the Aquarium! It was beautiful, and yes a REAL MAN can admit to something or even someone being beautiful! If you haven't been to the Academy of Sciences, you should really go hit up the place man, seriously dudes!! I even made a few friends...check'em out...

Earth Day with Chase Charleston!

Happy Earth Day dudes and dudettes!!

Hopefully all you peeps found some time to contribute in one way or another to our Mother Earth today and continue to do so in the future. I know I did! Today has been a very busy day so I am finally getting a chance to tell you all about my contributions to Earth Day...



I started the day by taking public transportation instead of driving everywhere I went today. The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) trains make it totally convenient to ride to work and then to school when I need to, so I totally suggest taking BART whenever you possibly can to help reduce pollution in our environment. If you are a Cal State East Bay student, like my bros and me, you can even take the bus for FREE by simply showing your Bay Card (the CSUEB ID Card for students) to the bus driver! And I know you dudes like FREE, because who doesn’t like FREE?!? Right? The CSUEB AC Transit bus is line #60 and it runs between the hours of 6:00AM-10:30PM with service every 20 minutes. I find it totally-tubular when I take BART to Hayward and need a simple and FREE way to hitch a ride to mi escuela! (The ladies dig when I speak Espanol!) Another bus that accepts the Bay Card is line #22, which will take you from the Hayward BART station to the Southland Mall and Chabot College. Therefore, if you are a CSUEB student and you have a Bay Card I highly suggest, from the Cha Cha Cha Chaseified, that you take full advantage and ride public transportation whenever possible to help our earth become greener and help yourself keep that green in your pocket! If you know what I’m saaaayin’!



Another donation I made to our Mother Earth today was collecting plastic bottles for recycling! Plastic plays a big role in the damage to our environment so it is stupendously important that we all recycle as much as possible. Anything you can do to recycle, whether it be plastic, aluminum, paper, and etc., the better it is for the people and animals living on our earth!




Like one of my girls texted me today said...
“Let’s help make this world a better place & be as GREEN as we can be from now on! Make Mother Earth proud she gave you a home!”

One dollar Wednesdays

Hey guys Chuck here...just got home from an awesome game! So I went up to the Oakland Coliseum tonight ya know to see my team the Yankees and woah was it good! Not only did they win Hughes almost pitched a no-hitter....talk about excitement!

I also want to encourage all of you to go to support your local A's team unless you're a Giants fan that is but the A's definitely need it. The games are off the hook fun and the fans are a crazy good time! On Wednesdays they have $2 games and $1 hot dogs and you know me-hook line and sinker for a good deal especially when it involves food! They also have an incredible deal on beer for all you drinkers-$4.99 beers which is a steal at a ball park! Ya it's a bit much in the real world but hey it's a good deal if you're looking for a good time on a Wednesday night, especially if you only pay $2 to get in! The Yankees are coming back in July and you can fo sho bet that I will be there! Local fun is always a good time and us Charlestons here are always about having fun and then clueing all you guys in! So with that said...over and out...too much beer here....good night!
